STEPHANIE LUKINS

Stephanie specialises in economic, social and environmental impact methodologies for evaluating public policies and large-scale projects. Her work combines rigorous quantitative modelling with high-level strategic insights and public policy recommendations, to make empirical findings accessible for wider audiences. Previously, Stephanie was a Senior Economist at Oxford Economics where her work focused on environmental, cultural and social sectors. As an Associate at PwC Economics & Policy, Stephanie built bespoke cost-benefit models for clients. 

Stephanie holds combined degrees in Commerce and Arts from the University of Sydney majoring in Economics, Finance and Government & International Relations. She also holds an Honours in Communications from the University of Technology, Sydney. She is passionate about making economic systems and public policies work for all, addressing the root causes of inequality, and employing innovation to build resilience for a sustainable future.
