Meet Zachary Finch,
Economic Policy Analyst
Zachary is an analyst at Equity Economics who is passionate about using economic analysis to generate real-world improvements for the lives of the disadvantaged.
Issues Zachary is particularly passionate about addressing include poverty, climate change and inequality. He is currently completing his honours using Computable General Equilibrium modelling and qualitative research methods to find solutions to labour force barriers to the energy sector’s net zero transition.
Zachary is a part of the Golden Key International Honour Society and was named ‘best delegate’ for the Change the World Model UN in New York. Zachary contributed to the development of a program addressing bonded labour in Maharashtra as an intern at International Justice Mission. He has also held several other positions at not-for-profit organisations, including as a fellow for Results International.
